In addition, a "meeting-of-the-minds" (over the phone or in-person), to discuss your specific requirements, is mandatory. Payment is made in LOCAL CURRENCY. NOTE: un-anticipated issues add to the cost and are NOT included in any estimate. In certain situations, where the client is uncertain of their needs, they can mix flat-rate and hourly services; where overtime is payable at the end of a cycle (NET30).
