2. Rates are based upon milestones: completed tasks at a FLAT-RATE OF $25/hour; with a PREMIUM OF $25/hour applied to any utilized, additional expertise. The balance is due at completion. Client is notifed in advance (if possible) of any overtime, which is due NET 15. Payment option details available HERE.  NOTE: un-anticipated issues add to the cost and are NOT included in any estimate.

4. Some Job/Service Contract Scenarios:   A rebuilt/retooled/reconfigured Internet PC -  used as a spare and/or prototype - utilizes two areas of expertise and takes 6 hours. Price: $450.00... A typical support arrangement utilizes several areas of expertise for a minimum of 10 Hours at a cost of $750.00. Further, let's assume that the client utilizes 20 Hours of my expertise for three (3) consecutive months. Since "on-demand" support is assumed, to guarantee a Level of Service, our Agreement is subject to renegotiation for the overage amount...SERVICE CONTRACT RATES ARE PAID UP-FRONT FOR AGREED CYCLE and are re-negotiated as (and if) circumstances change.
