I'm an independent contractor. SELF-TAUGHT. I know what works. What doesn't. And why.
I provide true preventative "HANDS-ON" maintenance that maximizes the useful life of a system. I adapt quickly
to the client's specific needs.
Engage my services, and you get a working professional whose support and expertise spans many different disciplines
and environments.
You pay once for a setup that is both scalable and manageable - for 5 years or more.
I build upon a basic setup proven to work that, when complemented by my support, takes as little
as 10 hours per month to maintain.
Most computers sold today are 'Branded & Bundled'. The Integrators that sell B&B systems act as agents
on commission. Original Equipment Manufacturers(OEMs) sell their systems cheap because they're patronized by the third-party manufacturers
that supply ITs components. These systems are DESIGNED to work AS IS - they aren't scalable (upgradeable) and can't be customized.
**EXAMPLE** If you go to a well-known furniture retailer (hint: IT's Swedish...For Common Sense), the low prices reflect a
'self-serve' environment: cash and carry. Delivery and/or assembly costs extra. Likewise, my expertise can build
a non-branded clone PC, or a customized B&B system.
Yes. Especially in the case of a SOHO (Small Office Home Office) - where the residence
is an 'office adjunct', e.g. a client requires their
office setup on their home computer and/or laptop. However, I offer no residential discounts: standalone, home-based
PCs and/or networks connected to the Internet are 'networked'(via ethernet) and require the same expertise.
